Your 6 scripts to record

Matteo, here are the 6 scripts we'll run first. Each one has 3 different openings and a main script you only record once, so every script gives us 3 versions to test.

How to record

  1. Record the main script once, start to finish.
  2. Record each of the 3 openings as its own separate take. We join each opening to the same main script.
  3. Each opening starts with the question shown on screen. Say it slowly, straight to camera, then carry on with no pause. "Because..." and "And..." follow straight on from the line before.
  4. Lift your energy on the gold "Lift here" line. It brings drifting viewers back.
  5. Do 2 or 3 takes of everything. We use the last clean one.
  6. Keep the same outfit, spot and framing for all parts of one script.

Script 02 · Founder dependency

Can you afford to disappear for 30 days?

Part 1 · Openings record each as its own take

Opening A · Disappear

Could your business survive 30 days without you?

If you're a founder doing $1M+ a year, could your business survive 30 days without you? Because if it can't, you've built yourself the most expensive job you'll ever have, and every year you grow it, the trap gets tighter. And if it can, you get your time back and a company someone else would pay to own.

Opening B · Holiday

When did you last take a holiday with your phone off?

If you're a founder whose last holiday was answering emails from the beach, watch this. Because a business that needs you there needs you forever, and that becomes a real problem the day you want out. And once it runs without you, 30 days off is just 30 days off.

Opening C · Exit test

What happens to your business if you vanish for a month?

Founders doing $1M+ a year, here's a test worth taking. Disappear for 30 days. Because if sales stop, decisions stall and invoices sit, a buyer sees the same thing and pays a lot less for it. And if it keeps running, you've built something you can step away from, or sell.

Part 2 · Main script record once, used with all 3 openings

Not a holiday where you answer emails from the beach.

I mean completely disappear.

Would customers still be served? Would invoices get paid? Would employees make decisions? Would sales continue?

Or would you come back to a disaster?

If the answer is disaster, you don't have the freedom you thought entrepreneurship would give you.

You've built a business that needs your presence more than it needs your ownership.

And every year that continues, the problem becomes harder to escape.

Lift hereAnd this next part is what almost nobody does.

The High Valuation Code helps identify what you need to capture, document, delegate and commercialise so your business becomes less dependent on you.

One day, you may want to stop working.

The question is whether your business will let you.

Part 3 · Close

Book your call. Before your next holiday becomes another working week somewhere sunnier.

What we changed from the draft
  • Old opening ("I want to ask you a question. What would happen if you disappeared...") is replaced by the 3 hooks.
  • Closing line cut to one sentence.
Script 14 · Growth without wealth

Your revenue is growing. So why is cash still tight?

Part 1 · Openings record each as its own take

Opening A · Cash

Revenue's up. So why is cash still tight?

If you're a founder who grew revenue 30% this year, why is cash still tight? Because more revenue brought more staff, more costs and slower-paying customers, and now you're working harder to carry a bigger business that gives you less freedom. And when growth is built right, every new million adds to what you actually own.

Opening B · Stress

Bigger business. More stress. Sound familiar?

Founders doing $1M+ a year, if your business got bigger and your life got harder, this is for you. Because growth that runs through you means every new client is more work for you, and then the bigger you get, the less free you are. And once that's fixed, the next million comes with more freedom and fewer problems.

Opening C · Wealth

How much of this year's revenue became real wealth?

If you're a founder who measures success by turnover, ask how much wealth you actually built this year. Because revenue can make a business bigger without making its owner richer, and most founders only notice when cash runs short. And the moment you track wealth multipliers instead, growth starts working for you.

Part 2 · Main script record once, used with all 3 openings

You hired more people.

Won bigger contracts.

Added new customers.

So why are you more stressed than last year?

Why do customers pay late while your suppliers want payment immediately?

Why are you working harder to support a bigger business that leaves you with less freedom?

Because sales growth and wealth creation are two different things.

Revenue can make a business bigger without making its owner richer.

Lift hereAnd here's the part almost nobody measures.

At the High Valuation Code, we look beyond turnover.

We examine predictable cash flow, commercialisation, operating dependencies and what must change to make growth more valuable to the owner.

Stop celebrating growth you can't enjoy.

Part 3 · Close

Book your call. Your next million in revenue shouldn't bring another million in problems.

What we changed from the draft
  • Title and hook changed from "why are you still broke?" to "why is cash still tight?". Meta rejects ads that say the viewer has money problems.
  • "Why is your cash always tight?" removed from the body as it now lives in the hook.
  • "are not the same thing" changed to "are two different things" (reads cleaner out loud).
Script 04 · Exit and sale

What happens to your business when you leave?

Part 1 · Openings record each as its own take

Opening A · The buyer's question

What happens to your business when you leave?

Founders planning to sell one day, a buyer will ask one question: what happens when you leave? Because if the answer is "it struggles", every customer, decision and relationship tied to you becomes risk, and risk comes straight off the price. And if you fix it early, you walk in with a business someone can confidently own.

Opening B · 15 years

15 years building it. Could anyone else run it tomorrow?

Founders who've spent 15 or 20 years building a profitable company, could anyone else run it tomorrow? Because if customers buy you, staff ask you and the know-how lives in your head, a buyer sees a job, and nobody pays much for a job. And once that changes, all those years turn into something you can actually sell.

Opening C · Due diligence

Would your business pass a buyer's checks today?

If you're a founder doing $1M+ a year, would your business pass a buyer's due diligence today? Because the first thing a buyer checks is how much rests on you, and if it's everything, the offer drops or walks away. And if you fix it now, years before you sell, you get to choose the price and the timing.

Part 2 · Main script record once, used with all 3 openings

Imagine you've spent 15 years building your business.

You've missed holidays, worked weekends, made sacrifices and built a profitable company.

Now you want to sell.

The buyer asks one question. "What happens when you leave?"

And suddenly you realise that customers buy because of you. Employees ask you everything. Suppliers trust you personally. The most important knowledge is in your head.

The buyer may see a serious risk.

The revenue is there. The problem is that its ability to keep earning may depend on the person who's leaving.

Lift hereAnd this is where most founders find out too late.

You can spend 15 years creating income without creating a business somebody can confidently own after you.

The High Valuation Code helps you address founder dependency and build systems, leadership, revenue and assets that can be transferred.

Don't discover the problem during due diligence.

Part 3 · Close

Book your call. Make your business sellable before somebody offers to buy it.

What we changed from the draft
  • Title changed from "Your business could be worth nothing without you" so it opens on a question.
  • "Not because the business has no revenue. But because..." rewritten. The "not X, but Y" structure makes people stop watching.
  • Closing line cut to one sentence.
Script 05 · Founder bottleneck

You are every department. That is the problem.

Part 1 · Openings record each as its own take

Opening A · Bottleneck

Is every decision in your business waiting for you?

If you're a founder doing $1M+ a year and every decision still waits for you, watch this. Because you've become the bottleneck, which means every new client and every new hire makes your week heavier. And once those decisions move off your desk, you can grow the business without growing your hours.

Opening B · "Me"

What's your company's biggest advantage? If you said "me"...

Founders, if your biggest competitive advantage is "me", it's also your biggest weakness. Because the more the business depends on you, the slower it moves, and then every chance to scale just makes your life more complicated. And when your know-how runs without you, it becomes something the business owns.

Opening C · Every job

How many jobs do you do in your own company?

If you're a founder who's still sales, service, finance and operations in one person, this is for you. Because doing it all caps the business at your capacity, and that caps what anyone would ever pay for it. And when those jobs move to people and systems, you finally get to run the company instead of carrying it.

Part 2 · Main script record once, used with all 3 openings

You're the salesperson.

You're the customer service department.

You're the finance director, marketing manager, operations director and emergency helpline.

And when someone asks what your biggest competitive advantage is, you say, "Me."

That sounds impressive.

Until you realise it's also your biggest weakness.

Because every important decision is waiting for your permission.

Every new customer creates more work.

Every new employee needs more supervision.

And every opportunity to scale makes your life more complicated.

Lift hereAnd here's the part that should worry you.

Being indispensable feels like a strength. Often it's the most expensive bottleneck in your company.

The High Valuation Code helps identify which knowledge, decisions and workflows must be captured and transferred before you can scale effectively.

The goal is to stop being responsible for everything.

Part 3 · Close

Book your call. You can't build a business bigger than yourself while you're its entire operating system.

What we changed from the draft
  • "Being indispensable is not always a strength. Sometimes..." rewritten (same "not X, Y" issue).
  • "You don't need to become better at doing everything. You need to stop..." cut to one line.
Script 06 · AI

AI is not coming for your job. It is coming for your business model.

Part 1 · Openings record each as its own take

Opening A · Price

Will your customers still pay today's prices in 3 years?

If you're a founder selling expertise, advice or services, will your customers still pay today's prices in 3 years? Because AI can produce a version of what you sell in minutes, and that squeezes your price long before revenue shows it. And if you turn your expertise into assets, AI works for you instead.

Opening B · Wrong question

Will AI take your job? Wrong question.

Business owners, everyone's asking if AI will replace their job, but the real question is your business model. Because if a competitor can deliver a comparable result faster and cheaper, your customers will notice before you do, and your margins go first. And if you move now, AI becomes the thing that multiplies what you already know.

Opening C · Experience

Is 20 years of experience still a business model?

If you're a founder with 20 years of hard-won experience, AI just changed what that's worth. Because experience sold by the hour is easy to undercut, and the market is already testing how cheaply it can get your result. And when that experience becomes a method, a product or IP, it's far harder for anyone to replace.

Part 2 · Main script record once, used with all 3 openings

Think about it.

If you sell reports, research, presentations, content, advice or routine services, what happens when the customer can generate some of those outputs in minutes?

Your years of experience still matter.

But experience alone is not a business model.

What matters is whether you can turn that experience into something clients can't easily replace.

Lift hereAnd this is the bit most owners get backwards.

The High Valuation Code helps you identify and commercialise your distinctive knowledge, processes, relationships and intellectual property.

AI can either put pressure on your existing income or help you build a new kind of business.

Part 3 · Close

Book your call. Choose your future before your customers choose it for you.

What we changed from the draft
  • Old opening ("Everyone is asking whether AI will replace their jobs...") is replaced by the 3 hooks.
  • Closing line cut to one sentence.
Script 12 · Hidden wealth (method: Capture, Compound, Continue)

What if your next revenue stream is already inside your business?

Part 1 · Openings record each as its own take

Opening A · Inside

What if your next revenue stream is already inside your business?

If you're a founder chasing new customers and new markets, your next revenue stream may already be sitting inside your business. Because the methods you've used a hundred times could be worth money, and every time you finish a job and move on, you leave that value behind. And once you capture it, it can earn again and again.

Opening B · Same problem

How many times have you solved the same problem from scratch?

Founders, if you've solved the same client problem 100 times, you may be sitting on a product. Because each time you start from zero, you're paid once for something you could sell again, and that's growth you're leaving on the table. And when that method becomes a toolkit, a licence or a programme, it keeps earning while you work.

Opening C · Wealth multipliers

Looking everywhere for growth except inside your own business?

If you're a founder doing $1M+ a year and looking outside for growth, look inside first. Because your processes, methods and client know-how are wealth multipliers most owners never put a price on, and then they spend years chasing growth they already had. And when you capture them, your business has more ways to earn than your hours.

Part 2 · Main script record once, used with all 3 openings

You're looking for new customers.

New markets. New opportunities. New services.

But what if the next source of income doesn't require you to invent something new?

What if it's hidden in a process you already use?

A method your customers love?

A problem you have already solved a hundred times?

You may be sitting on commercially valuable knowledge while looking everywhere else for growth.

Lift hereAnd this is the part almost nobody does.

At the High Valuation Code, we call the process Capture, Compound, Continue.

Capture what you know.

Compound its value through repeatable assets and multiple applications.

Continue generating income without starting everything from zero.

The opportunity is not guaranteed. But unless you examine what you already have, you'll never know what could be commercialised.

Part 3 · Close

Book your call. You may already have what you need for your next year of growth.

What we changed from the draft
  • Body kept almost word for word. "The opportunity is not guaranteed" stays in: it keeps the ad clear of Meta's earnings-claim rules.
  • Closing line cut to one sentence.
